Job Description / Responsibility
- Making phone calls to customers who have failed to give arrears in due time
- Monitoring, Supervising and implementing various techniques to recovery of SME, Retail loan and cards
- Monitoring delinquent customers & Minimize delinquency ratio
- Visiting customers for collecting arrears & update client information in the LAPS and Recovery Software
- Achieve the monthly collection target
- Inform senior management for any dispute with client
- Recommend legal steps as and when required
- Meet the collection target set by the management

BBA/ Master�s in any discipline having no 3rd class in overall academic record

- MS Office operation
- Communications skills and fluent in speaking writing English & Bengali
- Capacity to work under stress with limited resources
- Recovery/Collections of loans under SME, Retail& Credit Cards
