Job Description / Responsibility
  • SERVICE DELIVERY OPERATIONS:
  • This role is primarily responsible to ensure on time and error free input of account/ transaction processing of customer requests received from branches. Other responsibilities of the role include-
  • Ensuring control and compliance and continuous process improvement.
  • Initiating & monitoring all types of account opening & closing process and transactions maintenance as and when required.
  • Maintaining liaison with internal departments for smooth operation and service.
  • Managing projects and participates in the process reengineering as and when required.
  • REPORTING AND MIS CARDS OPERATIONS:
  • This role is responsible for Reporting and MIS related activities
  • MIS Reporting of all Credit & Debit Cards
  • Statistic report of Credit and Debit cards and Quarterly reports for Bangladesh Bank.
  • SETTLEMENT AND ACCOUNTS CARDS OPERATIONS:
  • This role is responsible for processing of Merchant payments by account transfer, Pay Order, EFTN and cards payment.
  • Processing of merchant payments through Finacle after getting necessary reports from TWCMS on daily basis.
  • Preparing pay orders after getting necessary reports from TWCMS on daily basis.
  • Process cards payments received by branches on daily basis.
  • PERSONALIZATION & LOGISTICS CARDS OPERATIONS:
  • Fetching the data from card management system and upload into card/PIN personalization application and generate PIN through batch process with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintaining the daily production register flawlessly & preserve the daily production logs without error.
  • Maintaining interdepartmental communication & communicate with relevant stake holders for urgent card delivery.

    4 years of Graduation/ Masters in business discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • 1-2 Year experience in related field is preferable.
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office, especially in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint & MS- Access
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking ability & able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good at record keeping and report preparing
  • Knowledge on General Banking rules and guidelines
